About GG Bakery
My passion for baking started when I was young. What began as a simple hobby quickly became something much bigger — a way to challenge myself, be creative, and make something that people genuinely enjoy.
To me, baking is about more than following a recipe. It’s about the time, effort, and care that goes into every item. Every cupcake, cookie, and dessert I make is handmade with attention to detail and a goal of creating something worth sharing.
At 20 years old, I decided it was time to take this passion and share it with others. My everyday career is in IT and cybersecurity, where I also work as an instructor — definitely a different world from baking. But both require problem-solving, creativity, patience, and always learning how to improve.
I don’t believe handmade products need to look like they came from a factory. Small differences are what make them unique. Every dessert has its own character because it was made by a real person who takes pride in the final product.
Not every recipe comes easily, and sometimes getting it right takes a few tries, but that’s part of the process. The goal is always the same: create quality baked goods that people can enjoy.
